Carmelina Sanchez is simply the best of the best. I've interacted with her several times and she's always been on point - she's very responsive and thorough. She really gets things done and I can always count on her for excellent service. If she says she's going to do something, you can trust that it's as good as done (and done right!), which as a patient, is so very appreciated. Thankful for Carmelina's commitment to her patients - we're lucky to have her and she deserves a shout-out! ❤️

Went to appointment to get colonoscopy scheduled my primary ordered because Hidascan for gallbladder is good. Was told by nurse Sara I needed to redo Hidascan even thou I already had good results. Scan cost me another $300.00. Nurse Sara said to me ..if prior Dr had ordered right scan with injection I would have already had my gallbladder removed. I called today and my gallbladder is fine like the first scan I showed to nurse Sara. She actually told me at the appointment be ready for surgery gallbladder. I had a very bad experience at this office now I have to get a colonoscopy scheduled but I will not be doing it at this Dr office.

Dr. Robert Shultz has been my doctor for over 15 years. He is very caring, listens to your concerns without rushing you. He is GREAT.. I would also like to give a special thanks to Shirley Fernandez in the Altamonte Springs billing office who took her valuable time to help me get my patient portal up and running.

I have gone here for over 10 years. Great office & staff. I called to see when my last colonoscopy was. Olga called me back & left a message w/ info. I called her back to thank her for following up on my request. Medicine today is not like it used to be and I wanted them to know that I really appreciate what she did. Thank you.

I have been seeing Dr Shultz for over 20 years and he is the best. He is very thorough and will not give up on getting you better. He has helped me tremendously over the years. When you find a good doctor you stick with them for sure. He has an awesome staff as well.

I’ve been seeing one of their docs for over 7yrs now and each time there’s always a pleasant atmosphere at their office. One other thing they having going for themselves is that, this is a two story building and all of it is a part of the whole care that is offered for GI issues. Lastly, after my procedure I was given pics from the GI study. Beware! I’m leaving ☝️ pic from my GI Study.

Very happy with my appointment. Staff was efficient and helpful. As well as kind . Dr Schultz is a home run informative and patient. I am been a patient of Dr Schultz for 30 years. Great guy and staff as well.
